They say that the Soul is the communicator between the seen and unseen world.
I believe that once our spirit man is awaken, we become ‘aware‘ of ALL of our surroundings.
I’m not a religious person, but I do believe that the Invisible is more real than the Visible. This is something that I’ve been aware of, but i didn’t understand it, nor could I explain it. I’m still learning and will be on this journey for a time.
This is what lead me to want to see the movie, ‘The Rite.”
WHY DID I WATCH IT?
Yes, it was Pure un-audulterated curiosity about the Invisible realm, and the war that is fought daily.
The movie was um..okay, not what I would call freakishly scary. I could still sleep soundly after watching it. But I will give Hollywood credit for getting Angelic rank and file correct. Hollywood got another correct with.. THE POWER OF WORDS, and it’s effect in the seen and unseen world.
What I Know For Sure
I believe that since we are created beings in God’s image, we have the authority to create our own reality from the ‘unseen’ thoughts in our head to manifesting it in the physical through our words and actions.
It’s really powerful when you think about.
‘The Rite‘ made me think back to a dark period in my life. Not long ago I had very destructive and self-sabotaging thoughts that would consume me. The thoughts were manifesting their destructive force into my physical world, because I created it and pulled it out into the physical, when I spoke these poisonous thoughts out loud.
Words Are Things
Words go into action the minute we speak them. It’s crazy how our words can be a destructive force, or it can be a healing source. We choose how to use our tongue.
I didn’t understand totally about words until I read several books explaining how words spoken in your early years has an effect on your adulthood. Then… it made sense about how it works.
I still ‘Cuss’…
But I no longer curse people out. I still say ‘words’ that are of no benefit to me, but I do catch myself and make mental notes. I deliberately speak life over my friends and family, and avoid long conversations that are poisonous to my soul.
It’s a journey, but it’s one that I’ve chosen to take.
One day… I will be wise.

Thanks Damaysi for the comment
Words are really powerful. Sometimes people say words just for fun and without minding them at all. In some instances, it is only a slipped of a tongue and sometimes you are not aware that the person you are talking with was already hurt because you have said awful or harsh words to him/her. Saying words like you are wishing for something bad to happen in one person and it really happened is an example of what really words can do.
